We're looking for an Associate Producer to join the Team! We're looking for an experienced freelance producer with a UK-wide network and interest in outdoor arts to work as our associate as we develop our programme for 2023-26. About the role Building on 20 years of achievement, a number of landmark collaborations and a track record of engaging with audiences in often unexpected places, Nutkhut are moving into an exciting new phase of creation and production and are ambitious to connect with new collaborators, partners and audiences across the UK. Working closely with the Artistic Directors, the associate producer will support this process developing conversations with presenters, festivals and venues, exploring potential co-productions and identifying sources of funds for the development of new collaborations. About you Essential: • A track record of initiating conversations and developing ideas with a range of partners including venues, festivals and creative and cultural support organisations • Ability to follow up leads and contacts and make connections across producing and presenting networks • Great communication skills, the ability to build rapport and nurture relationships Desirable: • Experience of working in the outdoor arts sector Timeline and fee Nutkhut wishes to engage the associate producer for an initial period of 10-12 days between December 2021 and March 2022 on a freelance basis at a fee of £275 per day.
